Description

Giving is a lifelong journey. This was one of the many theme’s of The Extraordinary Give this year. Working together with fellow rock-star sponsors throughout Lancaster County, team ATOMIC was there from the start designing and building an exciting environment for the community to celebrate their largest day of giving.

ATOMIC Designer Brie Rogers hit the sketchbook, creating enticing looks for the celebration. Utilizing other capabilities, Rogers pulled in assistance from the Rental Solutions and Set Construction teams to create WOW! factor for the event, incorporating many products from the rental shelves with a twist of customization.

Guests that entered the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square were greeted with an archway entrance to the lobby. FASTwall technology made the arch possible, creating an impressive freestanding arch using both Flare and Knot along with a custom branded header. As guests made their way into the lobby, a mini stage was set with a custom built compass backdrop as the focal point, focusing heavily on the lifelong journey theme. Surrounding the lobby, SuperZipper Cirrus and Rise panels created the perfect backdrops for the interactive “giving stations” which gave passersby the opportunity to easily donate. Each giving station included a custom button that read “I gave extra” which would send a signal to flashing arrows on the top of the stations.

To keep the flow moving throughout the hotel, brand-spankin’ new SuperShapes were built to act as directional arrows along the path to the main ballroom. Along the way, guests could take a moment to stop and grab a selfie in front of a custom branded SuperWall, showcasing the community of Lancaster County along with the many fantastic sponsors of the event. Entering the ballroom, more custom FASTwall’s surrounded the room adding a cool and collective vibe to the space. The main stage continued the lifelong journey concept with custom scenery built to resemble lines that connect us through life and define our community. Above the stage, the Extra Give ticker climbed the ladder to it’s largest amount raised – an amazing 8.6 million dollars!

We are so honored to be a part of such a fun, extraordinary event in our community, and couldn’t do it without the help of our friends, sponsors and community!
