Founder Tom McPhillips built his career creating scenery for theater, television, concerts, and live entertainment. He’s worked with world-renowned artists including Paul McCartney, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, The Who, Culture Club and more.
Faced with the limitations of traditional scenic construction, he developed a more flexible approach: modular scenic systems designed to move quickly, adapt easily, and be used again and again. That innovation became ATOMIC Modular Systems, helping event professionals create bold, scalable environments with greater flexibility, efficiency, and creative freedom.

It depends on what you need, where it’s going, and whether you’re adding custom graphics or other custom elements. Some rental configurations can move pretty quickly, while custom work needs a little more runway. Working on a tight timeline? Talk to us. We’ll tell you what’s realistic.
Yep. Pickup from our Wiesbaden location may be available depending on inventory and scheduling. We’ll help coordinate the timing, loading details, and anything else you need to know before you arrive.
Usually, no. Many ATOMIC Modular Systems are designed for straightforward setup using our proprietary connectors, with no special tools required. Every product is a little different, though, so check the assembly instructions or ask our team what your setup will need before show day.

Stuff happens. Normal wear is expected, but if something gets damaged during your rental, we’ll review what happened and walk you through any repair or replacement costs based on your rental agreement. No mystery charges.
