ATOMIC’s Take on TSE

ATOMIC is no stranger to special events, especially when it’s THE Special Event of the year.

Catersource + The Special Event 2025 Trade Show was held from February 24-27 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This year ATOMIC’s stage presence was off-the-charts! Along with our custom trade show booth built out of Modular Systems products, we contributed products to the Main Stage and Closing Night party. Take a look below to see how we went above and beyond at TSE 2025.

Custom Trade Show Booth

Our trade show booth was one for the ages – built, designed, and styled to fit an ‘art deco’ theme. This booth was ideated and designed by our very own Creative Marketing Specialist, Shannon Reed, with an assist from Designer, Tyler Rankin, and boy did they not disappoint! This art deco diva was accompanied by an Event Table, a “Toy Box” with samples, and a buildable SuperColumn for guests to play with. The pastel colors and faux texture custom-printed on the SuperLever panels immersed passersby into the ATOMIC booth and attracted new and old clients alike.  Our booth demanded attention, so much so that we won the ‘Best Branding’ award at the Booth Awards. Check out the list below to see specifics on what made this booth a real winner!

  • Custom Printing, Graphics, and CNC: We custom-printed on specific panels with our in-house designed graphics to fit the theme as well as custom CNC cut panels to align with designs.
  • SuperLever Panels: Utilized Bloom, Sonar, Dash, Fizz, and Frosty to build and bring the booth together
  • Event Table: Part of our Entertainers line, this Event Table had a custom top built to hold our magnetic Modular Map that visitors could pick up and rotate. It also held our various swag items and was complete with inside storage for booth necessities/lighting.
  • Toy Box and Play Area: Our Toy Box was custom printed on the outside to match the art deco theme, and held various Modular Systems product samples. We also had an interactive, buildable column that visitors could use to see how our products work.

THE SPECIAL EVENT MAIN STAGE

The Main Stage at TSE held numerous events such as the Opening Keynote, Closing Keynote, and ACE Awards, where ATOMIC products were featured! The set remained the same for the majority of the shows. However, for the last ceremony, the ACE Awards, the main stage screen was raised to reveal more Modular Systems pieces. Huge congratulations to Scott Frankel (Animatic Media) on receiving the Gala Lifetime Achievement award, presented by last year’s winner, our very own, Rob Barber!

Legends and luminaries closing night party

The Legends and Luminaries Closing Night party made sure to go out with a bang! ATOMIC contributed the following products to match the theme and ensure this was a night to remember:

ATOMIC’s time at Catersource + The Special Event was nothing short of legendary. Thank you to Catersource + The Special Event teams that made this possible 🧡 Our Modular Systems products flooded every venue, making an impact on TSE and its guests. It was a wonderful experience to chat with future clients about their event decor and scenic needs and be able to provide an ATOMIC solution for them. A special thanks to our teams here at ATOMIC for coordinating our products, the booth, and our overall presence at TSE, especially Senior Account Managers, Brian Shaughnessy and Rachel Finn!
