Your Wedding Experience wanted a 20×20 booth space rooted in the peaceful experience of unforgettable days. Wedding vibes only. No tech-booth energy allowed.

the challenge

Design a 20′ x 20′ island booth for Your Wedding Experience that feels accessible from all four sides without a single sightline blocked or a “techy” feel in sight.

  • Soft, approachable design resulting in a welcoming space
  • Clear line of vision into the booth

THE APPROACH and solution

ATOMIC turned to our iconic Pippa panels: a cut-out, floral-patterned modular scenic system that reads as decorative rather than structural. The panels are already perforated with an open design, letting lights and views stream right through.

To create maximum visibility, the team arranged the panels in a zig-zag configuration rather than a standard flat run. This shape did double duty; it cut down on the usual rigging and hardware that a two-layer wall would normally expose, while keeping a clean, crisp silhouette from every side of the booth.

The result was a booth that felt more like a garden installation than a trade show structure. It was open, affordable, and unmistakably on-brand for Your Wedding Experience.
