Announcing Our Third Partner and Owner
Here at ATOMIC HQ, we’re pleased to announce that Chloe Rich joins her father, Tom McPhillips, and brother, Daniel McPhillips, as a third partner and owner of ATOMIC. Chloe, who was recently awarded the Lancaster Chamber Young Professional Network “YPN Lead Award,” has worked at ATOMIC for six years and transitions from Director of Brand Development & Marketing to Vice President of Brand Strategy.
Chloe started her journey to Marketing and Live Events with a degree in Television Production from Emerson College, and time at cable networks MTV and IFC before joining ATOMIC. Chloe is excited to continue overseeing the marketing department as well as dedicate time to business strategy planning and collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer in organizational growth and development efforts for Team ATOMIC!
