Description

An exclusive exhibit and cocktail party celebrating the 150th anniversary of an Italian fabric company happens once in a lifetime. ATOMIC Production Services was brought on board by the Italian company Sartoria Comunicazione to produce and build the stunning New York exhibit for Reda 1865. Reda is an authentic Made in Italy brand, which exports fabric worldwide, managing the entire supply chain, from fleece to the final fabric. Celebrating their rich history and 150 years of family business, the company held VIP exhibits and parties in Milan, London, and New York.

The ATOMIC Production Services team managed the venue, caterer, and all vendors involved to produce the party in New York at the Trunk Club. Working together on Nike events in the past, ATOMIC enjoys a great relationship with Sartoria Comunicazione and knows how to execute their vision here in the States.

The exhibit by Magnum Group Italy (five Italian photographers) featured stills and video of the history of Reda 1865. ATOMIC built the scenic walls with integrated power to display the photographs within light boxes. With a 48-hour event schedule, our team knew there had to be a quick load in and load out to make this evening exhibit and party a success. The scenic elements were designed to load in seamlessly and tear down the same way.

The 150 Reda clients and VIPs enjoyed an evening of food, cocktails and history. Thanks to the client, Reda 1865, the design partners, Sartoria Comunicazione and great vendors like Creative Edge, the stellar caterer.
