Team ATOMIC took over Skylight Clarkson Square North in New York City to deck out the space for an internal Turner meeting. The two-day event for 650 participants featured keynote speeches, presentations, interactive activities and after-hours parties.

The ATOMIC Production Services team hit the ground running planning and structuring not only the layout of the event but also the interactive activities for the meeting participants. These activities included a photo mosaic wall, custom Turner coloring books, a large format connect-the-dots and a scavenger hunt aptly titled The Ad.venture Race. The first day’s meeting ended with a cocktail party onsite, while the second day finished with the Ad.venture race, which led all 650 guests to a shuffleboard party in Brooklyn.

ATOMIC Designer Mike Rhoads’ design embraced the aesthetic of the industrial loft for a variety of areas – including the stage comprised of a custom-built wood hero wall and two projection screens, several breakout zones and the after-party space. Throughout the space and his design, Rhoads incorporated ATOMIC Rental Solutions’ Comb SuperWall with integrated Custom Panels to create a cohesive event look.

Overall, it was a great experience working with the Turner Team to plan and execute their meeting!
