LGH Embrace 125
Description
In celebration of their 125th anniversary, Lancaster General Health hosted an evening event with a goal of raising funds for a brand new mental health facility. The ATOMIC Design team stepped up to the plate to create a gala type atmosphere, designing unique configurations of existing rental products in the ballroom, as well as designing functional spaces in the lobby and cocktail area.
Entering through the lobby, guests were greeted with a relaxing environment including tables of cocktails and elegant live music. During dinner, the space was transformed into a surprise performance space for the local J.P. McCaskey High School Marching Band followed by Philadelphia’s Sid Miller Band, complete with a main stage and dance floor that put the events energy into overdrive.
The main ballroom featured an in-the-round style design, utilizing existing rental soft goods Laser and Cappuccino which gave a beautiful, elegant flair to the convention center space while also filling a vast amount of space quickly.
Overall, it was great working with a local team on a fundraising event for a new mental health facility in our community. Many thanks to our client and partners for making the event a success: Lancaster General Health, Tait, Clair, Shumaker and Stray.
