Position Objective
Assist in the development and implementation of ATOMIC’s various digital marketing efforts including social media, content marketing, email communication, public relations, and technical execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Work with the marketing team to develop content including images, videos, and other deliverables for social media, websites, internal projects, and advertising campaigns
- Manage the posting of new content in line with the brand voice and target audience
- Collaborate with colleagues to create written and visual content across several social media platforms
- Increase social media engagement by monitoring/analyzing metrics and implementing new tactics
- Improve web content by writing blogs, portfolio pieces, and product descriptions
- Team up with marketing to create email marketing campaigns across several brands
- Manage the execution of automated email marketing programming and promotional email blasts
- Assist in the maintenance of marketing databases including photo cataloging, CRM, inbound marketing, email marketing, and department files.
- Assist in managing, monitoring, updating, and troubleshooting company websites
- Stay educated on digital marketing trends and adapt to evolving best practices
- Perform other responsibilities as needed
Organizational Relationships
- The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the Creative Marketing Specialist and all business units

- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills, written and visual
- Social media savvy
- Advanced working knowledge of social media, digital marketing, email marketing, website development and maintenance, etc
- Solid working knowledge of marketing communication channels
- Photography experience a plus
- Graphic design skills a plus
- Videography experience a huge plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Ecommerce and associated software and platforms including WordPress, Klaviyo, Shopify, Hubspot, and Webflow
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
