The extraordinarily funny and quirky Bill Murray received the well-deserved Mark Twain Prize for American Humor in October 2016 at The Kennedy Center. The 19th annual award show was an evening full of A-list entertainers celebrating Bill Murray’s career. ATOMIC Rental Solutions’ products looked fabulous on stage with host Jimmy Kimmel and performers including Aziz Ansari, David Letterman, Sigourney Weaver and Miley Cyrus.
Team ATOMIC provided design support and rental solutions for the gala event which was filmed and aired later on PBS stations nationwide. The Arcade FastWall and Pillow Wall provided unique textures and designs on stage and on camera. The modular product was able to be easily adapted on site to step down the stage and incorporate with existing set elements. Team ATOMIC also provided design support in the past few years, including a new bandstand for the set at The Kennedy Center which was utilized again in 2016.
